Starting a Return:
To start the return process, make sure the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags still attached.
We accept returns within 21 days from the date of purchase.
Refund Process:
We try to keep things simple. Once we get your returned item and check it over, we’ll issue a refund back to the original payment method.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
If you'd like to speed things up, send us a photo or video of any damage or defects so we can address the issue more quickly.
Steps for a Refund:

Tell us why you're returning the item, and provide your order number.
We’ll give you instructions on how to return the item.
Once we’ve received and verified the return (usually within 72 hours), we’ll send you a confirmation email.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days. Just a heads-up: your bank or credit card provider might take an extra 3-5 business days to finalize it.
Return Scenarios and Insurance:
1. If You’re Not Happy with Your Purchase: If you decide to return something just because you’re not happy with it, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping. We’ll refund the cost of the item, but not the original shipping fee.
2. Defective Products: If your item is defective, please send us clear photos of the issue at support@pumppump.store. We’ll provide you with a return label and offer a full refund after inspection.
3. Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, take photos and get in touch with us right away. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the problem, either sending you a replacement or issuing a refund.
4. Incorrect Item or Size: If you received the wrong product or the wrong size, contact us at support@pumppump.store. We’ll send you a return label, and once we get the wrong item back, we’ll send you the correct one or issue a refund.
5. If Your Item Doesn’t Arrive: If you haven’t received your order by the expected delivery date and haven’t heard from us, please reach out to us right away. We’ll take care of it and offer a full refund if needed.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your order after it’s been confirmed, please contact support@pumppump.store. There’s no cost for canceling, and the process is completely free.
