Please note that we do not ship to international destinations, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands), P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses at this time to guarantee optimal delivery security and carrier efficiency.

2. Order Processing, Cutoff, and Transit Timelines

  • Address Accuracy: Please audit your delivery address information carefully prior to checkout. Pump Pump cannot be held legally or financially liable for packages that are misdelivered, lost, or returned to sender due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address forms provided by the buyer.

RETURN & REFUND

At Pump Pump, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have thirty (30) days from the date you received your item to request a formal return. Requests submitted after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility & Apparel Conditions

To ensure a successful return, your fashion items must be sent back in their original operational state. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and completely free of stains, odors (including perfume or smoke), or pet hair.

  • All original product tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and securely attached.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or invoice number) must be included.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items: For hygienic and safety reasons, certain items such as underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, pierced jewelry, and clearance/sale items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
